Congratulations!

It was Christmas Day, 2007 when I finally proposed to Emma. Not exactly the romantic proposal I had in mind. The weather outside was miserable and Emma was just about to ruin a perfectly good bottle of champagne by mixing it with orange juice for a Bucks Fizz breakfast. I acted quickly, putting aside any ideas of a romantic walk, I told her to close her eyes and I got down on one knee…

Of course she said yes and for the rest of that day nothing else went to plan. Champagne for breakfast and Emma jumping round the house like a…well, like a kid at Christmas…meant we managed to ruin Christmas dinner but that didn't matter.

Anyway, we've set the date (which is getting scarily closer and closer!). Keep visiting the website for updates and details about our wedding, and if you want to get in touch - send us an email.

Wedding Gifts

We've been together a few years now;
We have pots and pans and linen and towels.
We have tableware and glasses, really quite a few;
So instead of more gifts we ask this of you;

If it doesn't offend and it wont send you running;
What we would really appreciate is some honeymoon money.
We're not well travelled you see and,
It is our dream to visit New Zealand.

If it's a gift or a present that you'd prefer to give,
We'd love John Lewis Vouchers;
To help furnish our new place to live.
